Description
English: Naval Air Facility Misawa, Japan (May 14, 2003) -- Chief Builder R. Brett James, a U.S. Navy Reservist, volunteers his time to level out a concrete foundation as part of a Navy Misawa Seabee project. The U.S. Navy Seabees and Japanese Master Labor Contract employees assigned to Naval Air Facility Misawa's Public Works Department spread concrete for a massive pavilion at the Misawa Air Base's Gosser Memorial Golf Course. When completed, the multi-purpose covered pavilion will measure 24 by 40 feet and hold up to 75 people. U.S. Navy photo by Photographer's Mate 2nd Class John Collins. (RELEASED)
