Summary

Description The U.S. Navy light minelayer USS Sicard (DM-21) en route from Alaska (USA) to the Mare Island Naval Shipyard, California (USA), for repair, 19 May 1943. Sicard was damaged in a collision with the destroyer USS Macdonough (DD-351) on 10 May 1943 off Attu, Aleutian Islands.
