Summary

Description The U.S. Navy guided missile cruiser USS Providence (CLG-6) underway, in 1970. Note her radar complement (front to aft): SPS-10, SPS-37A, SPS-8B, and SPS-52. Providence was probably the last ship equipped with the SPS-8B radar and never received the SPS-30 as a replacement.
