Description
English: The U.S. Navy guided missile destroyer USS Gyatt (DDG-712) comes alongside the destroyer escort USS Willis (DE-1027), not visible, during training exercises near Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, on 14 May 1957. Nine days later, Gyatt was redesignated "DDG-1".
