Summary

Description A view of the mainmast of the destroyer USS CARON (DD-970). The large radar antenna to the right of the mast is the SPS-40B, and to the right just aft of the forward stack is the SLQ-32 (V)2 antenna. Partially visible aft of the mast is a Mark 15 Phalanx close-in weapons system (CIWS). Location: NAVAL AIR STATION, NORFOLK, VIRGINIA (VA) UNITED STATES OF AMERICA (USA)
