Summary

Description
English: The U.S. Navy aircraft carrier USS Carl Vinson (CVN-70) glides past symbols of the beginning and end of World War II. The carrier passes the battleship Missouri on which the Japanese surrender was signed and the USS Arizona Memorial commemorating the attack on Pearl Harbor which launched the U.S. into the war. Carl Vinson was participating in exercise RIMPAC '98.
