Description
English: Drawing of the east facade of the Tuileries Palace in Paris and the first bay of the Louvre's Aile Nord, as constructed by Louis Le Vau in 1664–1666, and the south facade of the Hôtel de Brionne, as reconstructed by Robert de Cotte in 1735. The Hôtel de Brionne was demolished before 1811, when the Aile Nord was extended east toward the Louvre by Percier and Fontaine. It is not shown in this engraving from 1793.
