Summary

Description
English: Trent Bridge Cricket Ground: the Radcliffe Road Stand, near to West Bridgford, Nottinghamshire, Great Britain. Officially opened by Sir Garfield Sobers in 1998, this imposing stand (which includes the media centre) replaced the old concrete double-decker stand shown in Stanley Howe's 1983 photograph. This picture is taken from the William Clarke Stand on the Bridgford Road side of the ground, which will probably be the next part of the ground to be redeveloped. In this picture some Lancashire players are practising before the start of the (extremely hot) third day of the County Championship game.
