This image is of a cover of an audio recording, and the copyright for it is most likely owned by either the publisher of the work or the artist(s) which produced the recording or cover artwork in question. 1. The image is a low-resolution copy of a CD cover (copies made from it will be of inferior quality).
2. The image is being used as a primary means of identifying its subject.

4. The image is unique to a specific album, with no free alternative available.

Fair use in Gold (album)[edit]

Though the image is subject to copyright, I feel it is covered by U.S. fair use laws because:

1. it is a low-resolution image of a CD cover (copies made from it will be of inferior quality)
2. it is being used only for informational purposes, and not profit or personal gain.
3. it is used only once in the article, and it illustrates the text to which it appears
4. it helps illustrate the similarity between the covers of the Gold series.
5. no freely available images in the public domain have been located for this item.
