Summary

Description Here is a traditional amakan (woven split bamboo) house on the shore. For something made entirely of wood, bamboo mats, and thatch, I must say I was impressed by the size of the building, complete with balconies and sit outs. (Bohol- Tagbilaran, Philippines, May 2013)
