It is believed that the image, Together One-Shee.jpg, is subject to fair-use in the Together (2002 film) article, as;
- No free or public domain images have been located for this film.
- The image is of lower resolution than the original poster (copies made from it will be of inferior quality).
- The image does not limit the copyright owners' rights to distribute the film in any way.
- For an article about a film, the promotional artwork is arguably one of the most important images that could be included. This is the artwork, intended by the distributor for wide distribution.
