Summary

Description
English: Speaker John Bercow, told the government that it must stop trying to break a convention that has been in place since 1604, the PM may only submit a substantially different motion. The SODEM demonstrators did their 6.00pm shout and thanked the speaker for upholding the law- as always the shout is led by Steve Bray.
