This collection of postcards are produced from the 177 This image is from a series of Chromolithographs published as supplements to the Army and Navy Gazette between 7th Jan 1888 and 6th Sept 1902.

Richard Simkin who was one of the most prolific to illustrate the services during this period. He produced what was and still is unique, a study of each Regular Regiment & Corps of the British Army & Royal Marines then went onto show the various Colonial Forces, The Yeomanry Regiments and even various new forms of uniform (Khaki Service) & equipment.
