English: The Hudson Way near Cherry Burton, East Riding of Yorkshire, England. This shows a section of the Hudson Way taken from the overhead road bridge (bridge parapet seen at foot of the photo) near Cherry Burton. The footpath traces the route of the former railway line between Market Weighton and Beverley, which opened on May 1st 1865 and subsequently closed to passenger services on 29th November 1965. The path covers 11 miles and is named after George Hudson, a 19th century railway pioneer.
