English: The Grange University Hospital, Llanfrechfa
This is a new Specialist and Critical Care Centre which provides a centre of excellence in Gwent and is the designated trauma unit within the Aneurin Bevan University Health Board. The hospital opened ahead of schedule on 17th November 2020 to help with the winter season pressures and the second wave of Covid-19. This new hospital is built on the site of the former Llanfrechfa Grange Hospital which was demolished in 2015. |
