Description	Photo of "The Good Darky", a statue in Louisiana. An offensive portrayal of a submissive African-American put up after the Civil War, now placed in a far back lot of a museum.
Author or copyright owner	We don't know. The subject of the image (the statue) was by Hans Schuler in 1927
Source (WP:NFCC#4)	Original publication: We don't know. There are many photographs of this statue on the web. We don't know who published this particular photo first. Immediate source: Journal 18 (https://www.journal18.org/nq/monuments-and-crimes-by-dell-upton/)
Date of publication	We don't know. The copyright notice at the source say "2021", and if this correct, the source we used was certainly not the first publication. (The copyright notice could be auto-updating, which makes it false; we don't know).

Not replaceable with free media because (WP:NFCC#1)	It certainly could be. We just don't have one, and there doesn't seem to be one on the web. We've put a request for a photo on the article talk page.

Respect for commercial opportunities (WP:NFCC#2)	Anyone wanting to use a photo for commercial purposes would certainly make their own photo (the statue is easily accessible), and this reduced copy is of little value. our source is an article by an academic and there's no reason to believe they would monetize it.
