Description
English: The Constitution consists of 14 chapters and 142 articles. One chapter is devoted to Human Rights. The importance of the Constitution is that it was adopted in the National Assembly, a limited power of the Prince and defined the civil rights. Adoption of this Constitution in Serbia is provoked a fierce, negative reactions the great powers. Condemned by all three great Empire interested for Serbia - Ottoman, Austria and Russia. Cyprien Robert it was described as a French nursery in feudal woods. The front page of the Serbian Constitution on 1835:

Serbia has abolished any kind of slavery at the beginning of the Serbian Revolution 1804th.
