4. The album is now mainly identified by the name of the reissue rather than its original name due to the later prominence of bandmember Linda Ronstadt; and,
5. It is featured prominently in many websites and catalogues by individuals (or companies) seeking to sell or resell the album or to describe their record collection, or who otherwise wish to express their interest in the music contained on this album.
