Description
English: Front cover of Royal Thai Government Gazette, a book collecting of Thai government's notices, laws and so on. Notice that this version is ordinary version, hence Garuda image is black-colored. (See Image:Thai Garuda emblem.png for colored version taken from special edition)
According to Thai Copyright Act, 1994, The document itself is not eligible for copyright, hence it is in public domain. But the usage of some content is governed by law other than copyright.
