This image may be used under the fair-use clause of United States copyright law in Sylvia (ballet) because no free alternative may be found: all photographs of this ballet are controlled and copyrighted by ABT, and I have established that there is no possibility of image relicensing. The high-resolution version of the image is OK because permission was given for its use on Wikipedia by ABT.
