The image has been previously published without incident by the Oregon Historical Society, a non-profit organization. 3. This image is to be used to illustrate a non-profit encyclopedia article specifically about the subject of the image. 4. This is a low resolution rendition of the original image. 5. This image has no commercial value; there is no photographer whose proprietary ox is being gored. 6. This image is essentially irreplaceable.
