English: Photo of the mosaic floor at Susya, south of Hebron. Photo by Seth Aronstam. The mosaic reads: "May he be remembered for good, the holy one of my lord [and] my rabbi, the honorable Issi ha-Kohen the son of the Rabbi, who made this mosaic and plastered its walls with lime, how that he willingly contributed [of his fortune] in the supper of his son, Rabbi Yohanan ha-Kohen the scribe, the son of the Rabbi. May peace be upon Israel. Amen."
