Not replaceable with free media because (WP:NFCC#1)	The food is a truly rare and could be a part of dying culture food. The origin place of the food is far, the food is hard to obtain and looking for someone from there to contribute the picture directly is considerably impossible to find as of now.
Minimal use (WP:NFCC#3)	The image has been compressed to smaller resolution.
Respect for commercial opportunities (WP:NFCC#2)	Judging from the post that the picture of the food was shared, the intention made is to publicize and revive a rare food of a culture. Hence, by having this on Wikipedia could actually help to increase the initial intention of it.
