The Gothic-style building was designed by noted architect Alfred B. Mullett and constructed in 1885. The Sun Building was added to the National Register of Historic Places on March 27, 1985 (one of three neighboring buildings listed on the NRHP). Its 2009 property value is $13,931,970. |
