Summary

Description
English: Stretching the foreskin to cure phimosis using silicone earplugs or silicone tunnels. Start with a small one and gradually increase the diameter until the foreskin can be easily retracted. Prevent tearing of the foreskin and do not stretch for more than one hour or overnight. If it does tear, it can form scar tissue and result in a variable degree of diminished elasticity, which may contribute to lesser or nil results
