It is believed that this image qualifies under fair use in Rhapsody (online music service) for the following reasons:

• It is a low-resolution image of a company's logo.
• It has had a proper, non-free logo license provided.
• It was screenshotted and uploaded specifically for Wikipedia's use, so is not likely being used for profit.
• Its use in Wikipedia does not limit the owners/copyright holders of the software in their abilities to sell the software or any related media/merchandise in any way.
• It serves to illustrate the article in question.
• It serves to fill in the image line in the infobox for that article.
• It allows for readers to connect the logo with the software company of which it is supposed to represent.
