Summary

Description
English: Statfold Barn Railway - The Green Dragon: This locomotive has caused me much head-scratching and googling but I've nailed it (I think). It is Hunslet 0-4-2T No. 1859 0f 1937 and built for the Umtwalumi Valley Estate sugar plantation in South Africa. It returned to the UK in 1997 and was acquired by the South Tynedale Railway and christened Carlisle. In 2016 it was rebuilt by the North Bay Railway in Scarborough and converted to burn waste wood briquettes and renamed The Green Dragon in view of its new 'green' credentials. Another South Tynedale Railway locomotive was found in the roundhouse - Barber, ex Harrogate Gasworks.
