Andrew Petrie's residence now the site of Howard Smith Company's Offices, Petrie's Bight.

On the verandah is Miss Petrie (who is about to accompany her father to meet Sir George Bowen). The Union Jack will flown on their private flagstaff. (Description supplied with photograph).
