English: Masaryk Square in centre of Starý Plzenec, Plzeň-City District, Czech Republic. A view from the south. east. In the left Church of Nativity of St John the Baptist, an edifice of Romanesque origin, later rebuilt in Gothic style. Memorial of World War and Marian Column from 1721 can be seen next to the church. In the right the Town Hall. Rotunda of St Peter is also visible on a hill in the background. |
