ตามระเบียบส่วนราชการในพระองค์ว่าด้วยการใช้ การเชิญ การแสดงธงพระอิสริยยศและการถวายความเคารพโดยใช้ธงชัยเฉลิมพล พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๒ ได้กำหนดแบบธงพระอิสริยยศของสมเด็จพระเจ้าน้องนางเธอ เจ้าฟ้าจุฬาภรณวลัยลักษณ์ อัครราชกุมารี กรมพระศรีสวางควัฒน วรขัตติยราชนารี ไว้ดังนี้

ข้อ ๑๑ ธงเฉพาะพระองค์ สมเด็จพระเจ้าน้องนางเธอ เจ้าฟ้าจุฬาภรณวลัยลักษณ์ อัครราชกุมารี กรมพระศรีสวางควัฒน วรขัตติยราชนารี ได้แก่

(๑) ธงสมเด็จเจ้าฟ้า ฯ กรมพระศรีสวางควัฒน วรขัตติยราชนารีใหญ่ มีลักษณะเป็นรูปสี่เหลี่ยมผืนผ้ากว้าง ๒ ส่วน ยาว ๓ ส่วน พื้นธงสีขาบ ปลายธงตัดแฉกรูปหางนกแซงแซวลึก ๑ ใน๓ ส่วนของความยาวของผืนธง ที่ตรงกลางตอนต้น ๒ ใน ๓ ส่วนของผืนธง เป็นรูปวงกลมสีเหลือง มีรูปครุฑพ่าห์สีแดงอยู่ตรงกลาง และมีพระนาม จภ ประดิษฐานที่มุมบน
