There depicted the badge of the Order of St. Andrew on the left.
The stamp of Russia, 15.00 Rubles, 1 September 2011, PTC Marka Catalogue No 1509, Michel No 1741. Coated paper. Offset printing, varnish coating. Perforation: comb 12×11½. Size of the stamp: 50×37 mm. Print run: 440,000.
