Summary

Description
English: Stable block and farmhouse - Chantry Farm (formerly Pope's Farm), Marnhull Both buildings are of the C17 and Grade II* Listed. The original purpose of the so called stable block is uncertain; the southern end does indeed contain evidence of stabling, but the northern part has pegged wooden beams, probably for use in the manufacture of candles.
