Description
English: "The building itself is a severely plain one, with square tower surmounted by a cupola and lantern, and a rounded apse at the rear. The foundation stone was laid by Governor Macquarie on Saturday, 11th October, 1817. The design of the building was prepared by Mr. Francis Howard Greenway, father of the late Archdeacon Greenway of Grafton." - Frank Walker
