Sailor Uranus in Sailor Moon Crystal. It will be used only to illustrate the character in her portrayal in the new anime, performing one of her attacks.
Fair use for Sailor Uranus[edit]
This image is being linked here. Though the picture is subject to copyright, I, Lord Opeth, feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:
- it is a low-resolution screenshot from a television series;
- it does not limit the copyright owners' rights to sell the wider copyrighted work in any way;
- it provides an illustration of this character (Sailor Uranus) in the series, and is to be used solely for this purpose.
Licensing[edit]
