• [3] Scope: 15 images, magnification ratio 1:5.5 (0.18x).
• [4] Settings: manual mode, electronic shutter, ISO 100, 1/5s, aperture 9.0, bias (=exposure compensation) -0.70, WB (white balance) 5600K.
• [5] FOCUS STACK recording: camera attached to focusing rack, rotated lens circumference by 0.5 mm between images, total focus span covered after rotating lens by 7.0 mm: approx 220 mm (from nearmost focus to the most distant focus spot), self timer 5s, images stored both as JPG and 16-bit RAW (.ARW).
• [6] Adobe Lightroom: (a) Preset 004 (Presence+Sharp+NoiseRed) (b) removed tint via dropper (c) exposure +0.91 (d) exported as TIFF/16bit.
