Summary

Description An Indian army soldier tests a hand gun during small arms training as part of Malabar 2006 aboard the amphibious assault ship USS Boxer (LHD 4) off the coast of Mumbai, India, Oct. 26, 2006. During the multinational exercise, U.S., Indian and Canadian armed forces train together to increase interoperability between the three nations and support international security cooperation missions. The Indian soldiers are assigned to the 9th Battalion, Sikh Infantry.
