Summary

Description General view of the area now covered by the New England Quarter, a large mixed-use development next to Brighton railway station in the City of Brighton and Hove, England. This photo (scanned from the original) was taken in 1996 from Howard Place in the West Hill area of the city. Dominating the view is the station car park. Above the tall pole at the end of the station platform is St Martin's Church; the large building to the right of centre is St Bartholomew's Church
