Portrait of Sir Richard Williams by Douglas Baulch ^[1]. This is a live sitting Portrait done in 1964 of Sir Richard Williams in his full RAAF uniform. The portrait reflecting Sir Richard’s Williams strong character and challenges faced and conquered over his most honourable and dedicated life to the RAAF.

The portrait display how Sir Richard Williams appeared at the time and is more reflective of both his appearance and character.

No other free illustration exists of the same nature. I am the owner and will be happy to see Sir Richard Williams who was a friend of my father, being reflected in a honourable manner.
