Fair use for Jangama dhyana[edit]

The photo is a cropped closeup image of Shri Shivabalayogi Maharaj in low resolution. The photo (electronically and in print) is widely available in India and around the world to all devotees and practitioners of the meditation technique taught by him. There is no known copyright holder of the image in question, being as it is a devotional image used for the purpose of personal spiritual aid in the ancient spiritual culture and tradition of the yogis of India who give all teachings freely without discrimination to all interested students.

It is being used in this article as it is Shri Shivabalayogi Maharaj who revived and widely taught, within India and around the world, this specific technique of meditation and gave it the name of 'Jangama dhyana'.
