Fair use in The Shooting[edit]

This image, ShootingHellman.jpg, is being linked here; although the picture is subject to copyright I (Hal Raglan) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws in The Shooting article because:

1. The film's distribution history is discussed in detail in the article and its important to provide illustration for the reader of one distributor's attempt to publicize the title.
2. It is of much lower resolution than the original (copies made from it will be of very inferior quality).
3. It does not limit the copyright owner's rights to market or sell the work in any way.
4. This image is used on numerous websites, so its use on Wikipedia does not make it significantly more accessible or visible than it already is.
