Though the picture is subject to copyright I (Kazu-kun) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

• it is a low resolution copy of the Shiroi Heya no Futari manga cover;
• it does not limit the copyright owners rights to sell the manga volumes in any way;
• copies could not be used to make illegal copies of the manga volumes or their covers;
• the image is one used by online stores to sell the product and is promotional in nature;
• it provides illustration to the claim that these manga are available;
• there is no free alternative of these covers;
