It is contended that the use of this image in Shipwrecked In Oslo qualifies as fair use for the following reasons:

1. No free or public domain images have been located for this DVD.
2. The image is of lower resolution than the original cover.
3. The image does not limit the copyright owners' rights to distribute the DVD in any way.
4. For an article about a DVD, the cover artwork is very important and adds significantly to the article.
5. The image is of lower resolution than the original cover. Copies made from it will be of inferior quality, and could not be used as artwork on illegal DVD copies of the release.
6. This image is used on various websites, so its use on Wikipedia does not make it significantly more accessible than it already is. The cover is being used for informational purposes only.
