Description	The image is used as the primary means of visual identification of the costume designing of a character and provides important visual information about the design. The image is from a single frame of the film The FP, and the screenshot is of a low enough resolution that it will not affect the value of the original work or limit the copyright holder's rights or ability to distribute the original. The image is being used in an informative way, and it could not be used to make illegal copies of the film. The character and film are both copyrighted, making replaceability a non-option.
