1. This image is being used to illustrate the article on the film in question and is used for informational or educational purposes only. 2. This image is of low resolution. 3. It is believed that this image will not devalue the ability of the copyright holder to profit from the original work. 4. No alternate, free image exists that can be used to illustrate the subject matter. 5. Image caption more further describes the rationale for use: "The first prototype Argus was the model for all the aerial shots in Birth of a Giant with its maiden flight, the climax of the film. Employees at Canadair, during the rollout and first flight, were able to gauge, for the first time, the immense size of the "giant", Canada's largest aircraft at the time." The only other illustration for the film is the infobox image of the title frame, which does not give the reader/viewer an impression of why the film subject is considered a "giant" aircraft.
