Deutsch: Schönheide im Erzgebirge: Rathaus von 1882 - Ostseite am Rathausberg. Rechts die Eiche vor dem Rathaus auf dem Marktplatz. Die Gemeinde Schönheide hat eine Eiche in ihrem Wappen. Diese Eiche am Markt wurde im Jahr 1750 gepflanzt, ihr Vorgänger schon im Jahr 1643, so zu lesen auf einem von der Gemeindeverwaltung an der Eiche angebrachten Schild. - Das Wappen der Gemeinde wurde mit dieser Beschreibung vom Schönheider Gemeinderat in seiner Sitzung am 5. Mai 1997 eingeführt: In Silber über einem schwarzen Punkt und vor zwei schräggekreuzten schwarzen Berghämmern sowie einer schwarzen Rodehacke eine bewurzelte grüne Eiche, beiderseits begleitet von je einer grünen Heidekrautpflanze mit je einer roten Blüte.
