The image serves as a visual representation of Satoru Iwata's sense of humor, which was often utilized in his Nintendo Direct and other press release videos. This particular example is one of the most well-known instances of such. This is also noted to have become a meme and was part of tributes to Iwata on his death, as discussed by sources within the article. |
