Purpose of use in article (WP:NFCC#8) The later SCO logo is the one used in the infobox. But the earlier one was also well-known in its day, and while related to the later one, it is different in that it has the spelled-out name of the company in it. That is important to this subject, because as the article explains in several places, the nature of the company was very much related to the town in which it was located.
