Summary

Description
English: Plaque in Elliott Bay beside the Grain Terminal detailing partnership between the Port of Seattle and the Muckleshoot and the Suquamish Indian tribes to operate holding pens for juvenile coho (silver) salmon. The juvenile salmon are transferred from tribal hatcheries to the holding pens to be reared for several months and then released into the wild.
