Baghdad, Iraq (Dec. 18, 2004) - An investigative hearing is held for Saddam Hussein's former Defense Minister, Sultan Hashim Ahmad, in Baghdad, Iraq. The hearing is part of the on going process held by the Iraqi Special Tribunal to bring former regime leadership to justice.
