  • Tyskinspirerte distinksjoner til Statspolitiets uniformsmodell fra 1942. På tavla/montasjen «Distinksjoner til politiumiform M. 1942» er det montert luesnor for offiserer, luereim for tjenestemenn, luemerker, kravespeil/kragespeil og skulderklaffer/epauletter for ulike tjenestegrader på en bakgrunn av Statspolitiets grågrønne melerte uniformsstoff.

  • Som Quislings Nasjonal Samling (NS) brukte Statspolitiet solkors og ørn i emblemet: Luemerke med «solørn» i en eikekrans ble brukt som symbol for den norske statsmakten (de tyskkontrollerte NS-myndighetene); «NS-skarven» var NS' partimerke med en ørnefigur (ravn, falk, skarv) på toppen av et solkors (solhjul, olavskors), en etterlikning av Det tredje rikets riksvåpen.
  • Statspolitiet, forkorta Stapo, var en nasjonalsosialistisk politistyrke og statlig etat som ble oppretta 1. juni 1941 og varte til krigens slutt. Stapo var inspirert av Gestapo og samarbeida med det tyske Sicherheitspolizei.
